Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING / ORDERS

We currently offer free shipping on orders over $25 only to addresses in the continental United States, excluding PO Boxes. We charge for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

We process all online order within 1–2 business days and all domestic orders ship and deliver within 2-5 subsequent business days.

Order and shipping confirmations will be sent via email.

PAYMENTS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Paypal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Facebook Pay, and Apple Pay.

California state sales tax will be added to orders shipped to California addresses outside of Alameda County. Out of state customers are expected to comply with current laws regarding purchases over the Internet.

INSPECTION FOR DAMAGE, DEFECTS, SHORTAGES

Inspect your items immediately upon receipt. Damage, shortage or defective merchandise claims must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Please email admin@wallabygoods.com and include your order number, name on order and a photo of the issue if applicable.

CANCELLATION

Orders are generally shipped in 1–2 business days so contact us immediately should you want to cancel your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Should an order cancellation occur after an order ships it will be handled under our returns policy.

RETURNS

Please send all shortage or damage claims and return requests to admin@wallabygoods.com. A Wallaby Goods member will contact you within 2 business days to coordinate your return.

Please do not return goods without contacting Wallaby Goods first.

Your refund will be issued once your returned item has been received in the original packaging in a sellable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

It is suggested that returns be shipped by a carrier that provides signature confirmation. Wallaby Goods does not accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.

Customer shipping fees will not be refunded unless the product is damaged or defective.

Returns process must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. Please allow 1–2 weeks to process your refund and see it appear on your credit card statement.

Wallaby Goods only accepts returns of product purchased from wallabygoods.com. All returns of orders placed through other retailers can only be authorized through and returned to those retailers.

OUT OF STOCK

Occasionally we are out of stock on items. We will offer email sign up for notifications when product is back in stock.

INTERNET & CO-OP SALES

Buyer shall not, without seller’s prior written authorization, sell seller’s merchandise on the internet, Amazon, through e-bay or any other internet auction site, or through a co-op or group sale.

Seller shall have the right to suspend deliveries and may terminate this and all other contracts with buyer in the event of any unauthorized sales by buyer.

Seller is under no obligation to permit buyer to sell via the Internet. However, if seller authorizes such sales, buyer may not use seller’s trademarks or images of seller’s merchandise without seller’s prior written approval and in conformance with Seller’s guidelines for their use.
